Pineapple Bagel Sandwich
- 2 eggs or whole wheat bagels, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons lite or regular cream cheese
- 2 (1 ounce) slices Canadian bacon or ham
- 4 slices red onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained
1. Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese on bottom half of bagel.
2. Top with Canadian bacon slice and 2 slices each red onion and pineapple; place remaining bagel half on top.
3. Repeat with remaining bagel.
4. Serve with orange wedges and strawberries, if desired
